| December 2002 | Buy house with plan to rebuild | ||
| May 2012 | Get organised and start thinking about doing what was planned 10 years prior | ||
| December 2012 | Realise that a knockdown-rebuild is going to be prohibitively expensive on a block with a 5 metre fall across the building footprint | January 2013 | Visit as many display villages as possible to get an idea of houses and what we would like in a home. Buy overpriced magazines full of ads to determine "current trends" and see what dates a house |
